Senior Administrative Analyst

Conduct reports and quantitative/qualitative analysis on homelessness prevention programs. Analyze and evaluate program and system data (primarily with Power BI) through and equity lens and make recommendations to address gaps. Manage projects & processes in the adoption of new technology for homelessness prevention service delivery. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality issues.

Performed research design & hypothesis development. Collected data through different means, including focus groups, interviews, and surveys. Conducted literature reviews & data analysis. Wrote reports and performed presentation of findings.
